Who We Are

We started VIASTRUCT because we’ve experienced the inefficiencies of conventional construction firsthand. After decades in the building trade over 50 years of combined experience between Vlad and Israel we knew there had to be a better way to frame structures than relying on wood, waste, and guesswork.

At VIASTRUCT, we design and manufacture light-gauge steel wall panels, delivering precision and consistency straight from our factory. Steel framing is stronger than wood, does not burn like wood, and is not susceptible to termites. It also doesn’t warp, twist, or require straight-edging to correct imperfections, resulting in perfectly straight walls and more reliable structures.

Unlike traditional wood framing that is measured, cut, and improvised by framing crews onsite, light-gauge steel framing is fully designed and engineered on the computer before production begins. Every wall, opening, and structural detail is planned digitally and manufactured with precision. This eliminates guesswork in the field and dramatically improves efficiency.

A simple way to think about it is this: traditional construction is like building a car in your garage, while modern steel panel construction is like manufacturing a car in a controlled factory environment using advanced technology and precision equipment.

The name VIASTRUCT is personal. VIA stands for Vlad, Israel, and Associates, representing the people behind the company and the team we are building. It also reflects what we believe in that via structure, we can improve the way buildings are constructed: more efficient, more sustainable, and more reliable.

We’re based in Southern California, and we serve builders and owners who are ready to modernize the framing process. This is the future of construction.

Frquently Asked Questions

Light-gauge steel framing is a construction method using cold-formed steel components. It offers superior strength, straightness, and durability compared to traditional wood framing.
We specialize in framing residential homes, ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), and mid-rise commercial structures using precision-built steel panels.

Typical production timelines range from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. We ensure efficient delivery directly to your site.

While the upfront cost can be slightly higher, steel framing reduces labor, waste, and delays—offering significant savings in the long run.

Yes. All our framing systems are fire-resistant, pest-proof, and engineered to meet or exceed California building codes.

We provide direct delivery of factory-built panels and offer technical support for on-site installation. Installation crews can also be arranged upon request.
